Each region in Italy has distinct flavours, and uses distinct, local ingredients. In this class you'll learn how to make three different kinds of sauces from three different Italian regions. MENU: Classic Bolognese from Emilia-Romagna with veal, pork, beef, and pancetta Shrimp Sauce from the Marches (garlic, parsley, white wine) Giuliana's Special Truffle sauce: My take on an Umbrian specialty.
