Born in Vicalvi, Italy, Giuliana has been cooking for over 60 years, having learned the secrets of food alchemy in her mother's kitchen.
Starting with the recipes handed down to her by her nonna (grandmother) and her mother, Giuliana has gone on to passionately explore the regional dishes of Italy. Italian food is all about fresh, local and seasonal ingredients at their peak of flavour, prepared simply.
