  • How much are your classes?
    Class prices are set ahead of time and are based on a few things: 1) Number of dishes being taught (ie. is it an 8 course feast, or just one or two dishes?) 2) Amount of time allotted for teaching (based on the number of dishes) 3) Ingredients used (ie. Are we using truffles, or mostly just fresh vegetables?) For exact prices of our upcoming classes, please see our Workshops page
  • I have a food allergy - Can you accommodate?
    It is very important to me that everyone who attends my classes enjoys themselves, and I offer a range of classes for all dietary needs! I am certainly able to accommodate allergies where possible, but please follow this process to make things smoother: Please check the menubefore booking. Beside each menu item you will see allergen symbols to make this process a bit easier Send me an email at giulianacooks@gmail.com and let me know what class you are interested in, and what your requirements are. If what you are allergic to is a major element of a dish I will be teaching, substitutions are harder to make! If you don't see a class that will fit your specific needs, feel free to email me and make a suggestion for a class you'd like to see. ** Please note: It is your responsibility to let me know ahead of time if you have any food allergies. I will try my best, but no guarantees can be made for day-of requests.
  • I have specific dietary requirements - Can you accommodate?
    I try to create a variety of classes to suit as many needs as possible, so have a look at the upcoming classes to see what's available (eg. Vegan Italian is an exciting new class being offered!) I will make every effort to accommodate special dietary requirements where possible, however please follow this process to make things smoother: Please check the menubefore booking. Some substitutions are easy! Are you gluten-free, but we're making a pasta dish? That's no problem! Just let me know at least one (1) week before the class is being held and I will make sure to have gluten-free pasta on hand. Have a sensitivity to nightshades, but we're making eggplant parmesan? That might not be the class for you! ** Please note: It is your responsibility to let me know ahead of time if you have any special dietary requirements.   • Do you do custom classes for specific group events? (team building, bachelorette parties, girls' weekends, birthdays etc)"
    If you are planning a special event, I would love to be a part of the celebration! Please email me at giulianacooks@gmail.com with the following bits of information: What's the special event? How many people would be attending? What date are you wanting to book? Any special dietary requirements/allergies I need to be aware of? Did you have any specific dishes/themes in mind? If there is not already a class being held the weekend you are wanting to book, I would love to help make your day a special one! **Please note - A 25% deposit will be required if you choose to book a group class. If a group class is cancelled , the deposit will be refunded, or an option to reschedule. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will mean a forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
  • How many people can take each class?
    I can accomodate up to 8 people for my classes.
  • How many people do you need for a class to be held?
    Great question! This has not happened yet, but I do have provisions for the off chance it does. My classes have space for up to 8 people, however for a class to go ahead as scheduled, I will need to have at least 4 people booked in. If I need to cancel a class due to low attendance, you will be notified as soon as possible. If this does happen, you will recieve either a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule and take another class. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions.
